New to MAS 90 - Custom Report Question

Hi,

I am new to MAS 90 - want to know if there is a way to import or copy a stock MAS 90 report and then edit it in Crystal. Would rather not have to create a new report from the ground up in Crystal as the stock report has most of the data I need, would just need sligth modification.

Depends on the version. In 4.10 you can edit the reports in GL, AR, SO and BR using Crystal. In 4.05 only the GL. For all other modules the reports on the Reports menu are "canned" reports and are generated by programming. There is no "form" to edit.

All reports on the Custom Reports menu are Crystal and can be edited.

Which report were you interested in?

It is a Sales Order report - one of the canned ones - guess I'll just write it from scratch. Good to know - thanks.

If you have a TRSG you can go to the Cross Reference by Program and it will tell you what tables the report uses.
