New To Mac OSX

I finally made the switch from Windows to Mac- YEAH!! Everyone Cheers, but I have an issue.
I was used to software steadily available, I know there must be comparible software products out there. The question is where to find them. I am not opposed to changing software, just want something that does basically the same stuff. Does anyone know of a website where I can look up the software?
Specific Software such... as Microsoft Money (personal finance software)?
