I have a few questions regarding CIM7.
1. I have installed CIM7 and the reporting option is missing. Does anyone know why it would be missing? I have installed java console as part of the install and have tried upgrading the java console and still no success. Everything else is there.
2. Can someone send me an example of an event to monitor hard disk space please and other hardware such as nic card please?
3. Three of my servers have snmp installed however, I cannot communicate with them through Insight Manager. The server status is unknown in CIM7. Any ideas?
4. How effective is the server process monitoring using the compaq notifier?
5. How do you configure the agents to send traps to CIM7 and then notify me via email?
