New to GOLIVE: Basic Help Needed

Hi everyone,

I would just like to know where in golive you can put a redirect on a page (all users that come to that page are redirected to another).

Also I can't seem to find a way to add an html box in the editor, i can only add my html through the source which is such a hassle especially if i want to put it in the middle of the page.

Can anyone help me out?

So when someone types in a web address they will go to it but then a different web page at another url will open? You should try the action open new window onload when you have your index file open.

Insert this code into the head section of your pages source code:
<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="12;URL=main.html">
change the 12 to the numbers of seconds to wait before redirecting and change the URL value to where your redirecting to.
Another method is in layout view open the head of the page (click the arrow next to your page title). Here you'll see everything all the items in the pages head section. Drag and drop the meta refresh tag from the head pallette in the head section of the page and change the settings in the inpspection as desired.
