new to distributed sniffer

Hello,
I'm new to distributed sniffer, but we have one set up and when I go to "sniffview" I can see my agent, but when I click on the agent it doesn't come up. I know it's probably something very basic, but if someone could give me some troubleshooting steps that would be great. Thanks in advance.
