I am really new to this but i'm a fast learner.
How can I create an input database where users can write a phrase and have it immediately published? Also, this form i'm thinking about should have a rate (value), a date and the user's e-mail. All suggestions, tutorials or web site indications are welcomed

What do you mean- published on the web or just put on the database for others to see ?? plse explain further.
