Brand new to CUCM, coming from the Nortel world. We have a phone (7841) with two line appearances, the user's extension and the office main line. When a call comes in and hand piece is lifted, user has to push a button to answer a call.
In the Nortel world, we would set LPK (last pickup key) to select which lines would be answered when off hook, and every line from the selected last key back to the first key (primary DN) could be answered when ringing when the phone handset went off hook.
The Cisco phone I'm sitting next to has a single line displayed (the primary DN) and goes off hook when I pick up the handset and I hear dial tone. I want the phone with two lines to engage the primary DN when lifting the handset (to hear dial tone without pressing a button) and to answer either line, if ringing, when lifting the handset.
What CUCM setting(s) am I missing on this device?
