Hi, I'm pretty new to Northern Telecoms CS1K, was an analyst, and this responsibility was dropped into my lap. ATT Contract was cancelled, hard times in healthcare, go figure. [bigsmile]Wasn't shown much from ATT tech, just some very basic stuff.

I'm grateful for forums like this, as the manuals do not appear to be written for novices like me.

The situation is that I have two phones sharing a DN, 4613. One is a 3904 model phone (is that the type? 3904?), and the other is a VOIP phone. I cannot figure out which TN is the "real" one. Is there a way to show the TN on a phone set? Or would I have to manually tone out the phone to the 66 block to find it? Assuming it's labeled. lol. There aren't any block wiring schematics.

The story is that the nurse moved to a new office and wants her old extension on her new office phone, but her new office (existing phone) in said office is a mirror (4613) of her co-workers phone across the hall. I'll include a print out of 4613 dnb, and tnb diagnostic info.

The MARP is on the 3904 which typically is the "Real Phone". You can also disable the TN and see if the phone stops working. Your post is a little odd in the fact that you should be able to go to the phone and see what model it is. A 3904 is obviously a Digital phone and the other is a 1230 IP phone.

Hi KCFLHRC, thanks for the reply.

Thanks for the MARP tip as well. I'll see if I can disable it. I think that command is DISU followed by the tn in the overlay loader program of LD 20. I looked on the back of the phone in her office, and it does show a sticker that says 3904. I'm thinking that once I do find the right port, I can just out the phone on that port and assign it a new one?
