I downloaded Harbour compiler and have some Clipper code to compile, so if anybody has experience with this program can you please explain me how to use it. How do I compile with Harbour?

There is enough help on how to use Harbour at You can also find what you'll have to modify in order to compile clipper code with Harbour.

Good luck!

Rob.

Thank you for trying, but harbour.org is some shipping company's site.
What you meant probably is harbour-project.org, but their site is temporarily offline.

What I need to know is what command I should type in MS-DOS in order to compile my code.
It's pretty basic wuestion and anybody who uses Harbour should know it.
I hope someone will help me.
Thanks.

I think rob444 ment but unfortunately, that server has failed and is under repair and expecteted to be online again soon, at least that it the message being displayed when you acess the site.

But since I am in a hurry and can't wait until that site recovers, can somebody please help me?

To get [x]Harbour to compile your source, run the bld.bat with a .prg source as it's parameter.

is the correct site.
There are 2 (x)harbour compilers.
The xharbour version is the most updated one.

For xharbour you can also buy a commercial shell that makes it easier to compile your apps.
