I am trying to show performance metrics for multiple people but do not know how to set up the chart or even which type of chart to use.

There are 4 types of criteria that each person tested
BEFORE CHANGES WERE MADE
Person A Person B Person C
Load 2.1 1.1 30 minutes
open 1.1 .85 2 minutes
print .10 .10 .10
navigation 0 0 0

AFTER CHANGES WERE MADE
Person A Person B Person C
Load 1.1 .75 10 minutes
open .1 .15 2 minutes
print .1 .5 .10
navigation 0 0 0

Can anyone give me some guidance on the best way to present the data? sorry for the display but I couldn't figure out how to add a tab. The stats are under 3 different columns
Thanks

If you want a side by side comparison of data of Person A Before/After; arrange your data to be in the following format:
A B C
Before After Before After Before After
Load 2.1 1.1 1.1 0.75 30 10
Open 1.1 0.1 0.85 0.15 2 2
Print 0.1 0.1 0.1 0.5 0.1 0.1
Navigation 0 0 0 0 0 0

You can select all of the data and do a Column chart to see the differences. Note, you probably need to separate the Load data and place it in a separate graph as the data for Person C (30 & 10 minutes) overwhelms all of the other data.

New to charting: I'd encourage you to get a good reference like John Walkenback's Excel Charts, well worth the shekels.
