We moved from an Avaya IPO v 8 to 10. Also moving from digital to IP. Just a few questions.

1) I was able to grab my 46xxsettings.txt file and have turned the screensaver off. I'm just not sure which directory to put that file. Is is the SD root or the system folder?

2) I'm also having some issues trying to get a GSuite voicemail relay going. I currently have stunnel working but would prefer the IPO Server to do it. Getting some DNS errors.
SMTP: SMTPServer is waiting on DNS server to resolve FQDN [smtp-relay.gmail.com] - Retry 8 of 8. 2017-10-05T21:01:19 1084191mS SMTP: SMTPServer snoozing...

Yes, I tried both our internal DNS address as well as Google DNS.

try to enter the IP address of the smtp server instead of fqdn.

Still looks like DNS is not responding.

Did you setup IP routes?

What type of VM server are you running? VM pro on windows? Linux?

Since it's Google you can't put in the IP as it changes. That was the issue I had in the older version I had of IPO which is one of the reasons I upgraded to 10.

From SSA try pinging 8.8.8.8. If you can't reach it then your IP route is likely missing/incorrect or there is a routing issue on the network side preventing internet access.
