I'm a web developor and I'm trying to communicate with an Aspect Telset using abcon32.ocx. Is it possible also is there any documents about the syntax and/or the protocols?

I think you're actually looking for a forum that deals with Aspect telephony hardware - this is for Procomm's ASPECT scripting language.

We use the abcon32.ocx and it works fine. This is a non-web based application though using vb.net. They have a Web SDK for the Aspect however for web based applications. In addition, a Uniphi Connect SDK if you are not using a teleset. You want to post this in the "Aspect contact/call center solutions" forum though. CIAO!
