I y'all - I am new to this forum and ADP. This is probably an easy one. When I create my first ADP project, I get a window asking me what SQL server I want to use etc. The problem is that it is asking me to create a database on the SQL server. I don't want to create a database, I want to use an existing one, but there doesn't seem to be an option on the screen for this. ???

1-Open an Access database.
2-Select the New from File/Menu Bar.
3-Select Project(Existing Data).

Then enter the requested informations. (Server IP, User, Password...etc.) When you connect the database, you will see the tables of the SQL database in your Project.

You can't use .ADP without an SQL server. (Or you can just create forms, reports without data)

Thanks! I figured "Existing" meant open an existing project. Thanks for clearing that up for me!
