New to ACT! 6.0 used to Access and Need help with reports

Hello,

My boss has decided that we should begin using ACT for our Quote forms and Purchase orders. I am trying to set these up in the reports or as a Word Template but they jsut are so hard to work with. There are certain parts of the quotes the carry over to a second page and I can not find a way to copy to Main data and carry over just what I need.

I have been programming in Access for years and that is what I am used to. Is there a way to make ACT more flexible? AM I missing something?

Is there a way to export from ACT to Access? I think that may be my best bet. I am so frustrated with this software. IF anyone can give me any thoughts I would appreciate it.
