Hi All, Your help would be greatly appreciated. My scenario is as follows.
the organization is using a public address folder on microsoft exchange and wanted to graduate to CRM to TAG contacts. I've built a snazy tagging solution however I was not part of the original install.
Somehow, the MAP fields for importing to contacts is missing the "Automatic" map. Does anyone know how to restore this?
Also, if anyone has experience using this solution for a charity, I'd love to hear what youre doing with it and how you are using it?
