In Time Synchonization there are 2 settings, one is Daylight Savings Time Status and the other is New Time Daylight Savings Time - what actual difference does setting the New Time setting do - the documentation says that it actually adds the offset to local time. Is that ignored if the server is not the Single, Primary or the Time Reference Server?
