New Support Contract 2

Hi all,

Our service and support contract is expiring very soon with Shared Technologies. They were responsible for installing our system and time and time again they have dropped the ball and our general impression of them is less than stellar (with the exception of one tech).

Does anyone have any recommendations for another company? We're located in the Philadelphia area if there are any locals around here!
