Is the new software release (I think 2.1) out yet??
Will it support (2) T1s in a 403 cabinet?

Yes, I think so , you can download it @ support.avaya.com

yes 2.1 is on General release
Yes the ip403 with 2.1 will suport 2 isdn trunk interfaces (bri4 or t1/e1)

No BRI in north america though. That was a real letdown as the release announcement seemed to suggest that it would be available with 2.1! argh!
