New Smartnet contract

Hi, We just purchased a PIX515E with Smartnet maintenance. Anyone know how long it takes to get a certificate or something so that I can access the CCO? I need to download the VPN client and would like to upgrade from 6.1.

You need to use the numbers on the smartnet contract itself to get access to the CCO website. You can do that yourself. All you need is an internet connection.

Hello Mike,

It took us 4 weeks to get our contract information. But I was having problems with my vendor. Ultimately, someone from Cisco called me and gave me the information, after I put in a Technical Assistance Email to them.
