New skillsets with SymonView

I'm having issues getting SymonView to display all the skillsets we've built in Symposium. We had this problem occur some time ago - the suggestion to me at the time was to stop and start the SymonView server so it could get the new skillsets we had just built. At the time it worked, and all was good. However, I've recently built some new skillsets, and have been unable to get Symonview to see them. I've stopped, restarted, and rebooted the SymonView server many times. Also to compound matters, after restarting SymonView I can't even pick up the skillsets that I couldn't pick up the first time around! This thing is driving me nuts. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

We're on Symposium 4.0, SymonView is 3.0, PBX is 25.40
