I created a new site, with online ordering of items. We decided not to use credit card payments online, so it is just to send the order then they can pay by phone.

I think the ordering system I created seems kind of clumsy. I have been researching a little on shopping carts, but I need one for dreamweaver that is easy to use, and you can select sizes (S, M, L, etc) from a drop down menu.

Any suggestions on how to go about this? Here is the page on my site that has the order forms:

Dreamweaver is a tool for designing web pages, not for handling form input. You're gonna need some kind of server-side program to handle your shopping cart.

That said, any system that gets me to enter my order and then expects me to pick up the phone and call at a time of your convenience is always going to be clumsy, and will lose you some sales too. People expect to be able to order and pay for goods online these days.

You can get extensions for dreamweaver that will help you set up a shopping cart system.

Do a Google for Cartweaver. It's a simple add on for Dreamweaver the lets you easily set up a proper shopping cart and ordering process. I think it might even help you integrate with online card processing systems like ProtX and Paypal.
I've never used it but the company I work for used it before I started there and they said good things about it.

I agree with Chris. I wouldn't bother entering an order online and then calling. What's the point? I could just order over the phone.

The whole point of an online shopping cart system is to remove the need to have someone at the other end of the phone.

I would seriously reconsider your decision not to take payment online. If the reason behind it was a limitation in technical knowledge (we all start somewhere) then find help from outside.
