i want to set up a new server on my site to prepare to do an ed crowley move. i am just want to be able to dio this stuff. i get through the install and in the directory replication steps it quits and gives me a directory replication error. my question is this. if my exchange server is formatted fat and my new server is ntfs is this causing my problem?
