New Server: Migration Question

Greetings all you Exchange gurus!

I have a new server on its way to me and I'm preparing to do some nerve racking replacements.

I'm currently running Exchange 2k3 on a Server 2k box. My new machine will be running Exchange 2k3 on Server 2k3.

I've found a lot of docs helping me with the server and AD side of things but I'm a bit concerned about the Exchange part.

Is moving from one Exchange 2k3 box to another Exchange 2k3 box considered a migration?

Can you provide me with helpful links? All I'm finding is going from 5.5 and 2k over to 2k3.
