I am building a new call manager server 4.1 to take over our existing 3.3 setup.

What directorys on the old call manager do i need to copy to ensure I have all the users pseed dials, personal address book etc?

Many Thanks

all these settings are not in files bu either in the SQL database or the DC Directory on the callmanager. read the manuals for rebuilding/upgrading a callmanager server.

you have to use BARS(backup/restore utility). make sure to read the upgrade doc from 3.3 to 4.1 even if its a new build. you also have to manually copy MOH files.

I have rebuilt the servers as I have inherited some very badly configured servers. The only thing I am missing from the new config is the user speed dials and address book.

Is there any way of just getting this info as i cant find the cisco doc

I don't think you can just backup these settings. I know BARS does the whole configuration and is not selective. I think you'll need to ask the Users to re-enter them. Teach them to use CCMUser web page.
