New SBS2008 install Browsing internet takes me to IIS7 default page

I am setting up a new SBS2008 server and when i attempt to browse the internet I am taken to the default IIS page. I can ping outside addresses but i can not surf the internet. where should i start looking to fix the issue.
 
yes I can ping the outside and get good replies.
 
Can you check proxy settings in the browser and see if there is a proxy set. Can other workstations on the network browse fine??
