New Router - Is it okay?!?!

Hi all! I have been having a heck of a time with a supposedly new router I purchased. First the IOS that came installed on the router was corrupt. Now I loaded a valid IOS and I noticed something right after the bootstrap that I had not noticed before. It is this --->

F3: 5606964+79864+423224 at 0x3000060

Can someone tell me if this is normal, or do I have bad flash or something. ANY input is appreciated!
