Hi folks,
We have a remote site that has some problems that I'm trying to troubleshoot/fix, and I need a leg up:
Site SA has reports published... when users try to view, they may or may not get errors upon drill-down, featuring "Object not found". S/He thinks it may be because the database that the reports are running off are changing -- but that's not how CR/SI works... these are not On-Demand drill-downs, the reports are run-time only.
I haven't been able to figure what this problem is, but I DID notice that ALL of the published reports look like they're going in as INSTANCES, not OBJECTS... the reports in the ..\INPUT\REPORTS directory have ~ci#####.rpt names. On our other installations, everything is working fine, and the publushed reports go in normally as ~si#####.rpt.
Has anyone seen this behaviour or know what settings would effect it? I have checked Info Admin, Info Config, and SA Permissions. Anything else I should check?
