I have a data base with columns as follows:

Name year program jan feb march etc.

the year is from 2004 and to date
months are jan. to dec.
various programs as in program 1, 2, 3

i need to create a report sumarized by type of program with year 2005 and 2009 across and customer showing once only

group: program 1

name: Jan./2005, feb/2005.... jan.2009, feb 2009
customer 1

Insert a crosstab in the program group header or group footer where you use customer as the row, {table.date} as the column->Group options->print on change of month, and summary = ? You haven't said what you are trying to summarize.
