I think you mean a new record added does not show up....
On the computer it is not showing on, try using requery, re-running the filteror closing and re-opening the form.
A form will only show the records in the recordset at the time it was openend - updated ones will show changes, deleted ones will have #deleted# in every field, and new ones will not appear.
