Running Fm 8.5 over a WAN. A simple "new record request" takes about a minute to complete the first time used. After that it runs fine. I have even tried running the script on a "blank" layout and get the same results.

We needmore information about how your WAN is setup.
Do you use FSA ?, router, VPN, what bandwidth etc.

It is hosted with one of the big hosting companies. Not sure what all he has, I know it runs off of a t-1 connection on his end. HEre we have DSL. I don't think it is a connection problem or it would do it everytime.
