New RAS solution

We require a replacement for an old shiva box being used for remote access and would like find out what would be the best replacement for this
We have a maximum of 200 third party users dialing in, a cisco 3660 has been suggested as a possible solution but is that the best solution for our needs.- we would like vpn as an option on the new solution

I would consider a AS5350 access server. Several options of interfaces type and number of modems.
