I am having a lot of trouble getting any meaningful data from Remedy through crystal
I am trying to work out how long a helpdesk call takes to be responded to bearing in mind that the response sla clock only runs from 0900 to 1730.
For example if a call is logged @ 1700 and requires a response within one working day (8hrs 30 mins) then the clock ticks for 30 mins then stops then starts again @0900 with 8 hrs remaining.
I need my report to take this into consideration when working out the response time.
I have logged time and responded time in time/date format
I am quite new to using time and date and it is giving me some trouble
Which is not helped by pressure from above (if you know what I mean)
Any help would be really appreciated
