New Printer Causes VB Run Time 6 "Overflow" error 1

I am using a VB 6.0 front end calling a Crystal 7.0 report which was working with old HP 612.  After upgrading to HP2100 Laserjet, I get VB Run Time 6-Overflow message.  The application is set to print to the screen first,  I get the error BEFORE the screen prints.
