I installed three new PRI's in my CS1KE on 5.5. I have test numbers on the new PRI's that I can IDC to my extension and they work as they should, however, when the call forward no answer or hunt kick over I hear the transfer ring but never get to voicemail. I tried to transfer a call to another extension from the same test numbers and the calling party gets cut off. Here's my RDB/Trk and dchannel build. The NCOS/Routes and IDC tables are working on the current t1's so I know they aren't the issue and I wouldn't be able to answer the IDC calls on the test numbers if they weren't routing the correct number of digits: The trunks and dchannels are up and running clean:

I assume the Callpilot is up and running. Can you call Cp and does it pick up? Also this looks like a 1000 E. Is the Cp in a differant Media Gateway? If it is are the dsp's working? Just a few things.

try changing vsel to vod, slim chance.. it might be ncos 0 on 118 1, depending on what ncos is defined as..

enl msgi on the inbound d, that may show a cause code for the non fdn

what happens if you hard forward a phone? can you dial your vsdn from a did?

What extension do you have for the mailbox the test or yours

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS AND AVAYA

Call pilot is fine I'm using an IDC table to send the call to my working extension. My phone rings and then it stops ringing as though the call went to voice mail however the caller continues to hear ring back and never gets to voicemail.

Try setting NCNA and NCRD to NO in your RDB. I have seen these settings give LECs fits. They send D-Channel messages if the call is diverted, and can be mis-interpreted by the CO switch.
