I have implemented a new pri line, but those channels are just dialing out.
I have configured multiple things.
1) Channel direction is set to bothways.
2)Incoming group and outgoing group is set to 0 0 same as configured as earlier 3 pri.

Called up the service provider to route DID on that particular pri and they number comes as unobtainable.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I traced the call in the system status which gives the following output.

I have no clue what is wrong, is it the vendor or the i am programming something wrong

you need to build incoming call routes for all did numbers and on the destination tab point to did extension

It has been already done, that is how the 3 pri's are working.

we have 30 dids pointing to the 3 pri's we just added the 4th one
s0 those 30 should be using the 4th one too. but it does not.

note sure what issue you are having? are you trying to get the did's routed to a certain pri?

That is a provider issue. They need to have all 4 PRI's failing over to each other for inbound (dynamically allocated). It sounds like the 3 are set-up like this, but the 4th is not. The IPO can handle the outbound which is why that portion works. Obviously, for this to work on inbound the 4 PRI's all need to be from the same provider.
