New pick-up groups

Here is one I should know, but can't think of right off-hand.........

How do I add a new pick-up group?

I don't mean adding a number to a group, but a new group that I can add numbers to? Either in OTM or directly in the switch would be fine.

RNPGs are created when a new unused number is assigned to a telephone TN.

You can identify what numbers are already used in LD81

RNPG 1 255 (or 1 4095)

when you create a new phone or change an existing phone you'd add a number to the RPNG prompt, any number between 0 and 4095, also to the CLS add PUA or GPUA. Then any other set that you'd like in that pick up group, just give them that same RNPG number!
