Trying to set up an new call pick-up group on 3 1120E phones via CS1000 Telephony Manager. I made what appear to be the appropriate changes on the sets, but it doesn't seem to work.
Do you need to do something to start a new group? Do the phones maybe need to be unplugged and re-plugged?
Haven't dealt with IP phones much..........
