New phone system statement of work

I work for a company that subcontracts to DOE, and we finally got budget for a new phone system. Does anyone out there have any SOWs for putting a new phone system in place that I can use for examples?

Again, being at work limits me to my Nortel files, but I have some bad a@@ RFP's that I wrote up. They are a little long, with all the great legalese in them. I do not know how to get to you since we don't post emails.
