New PEP

The tech came out and installed new PEPS that brought me up to Release 04.04.04.17. This was created on 2-22-06 and I was told that there is a daylight savings pep in there as well. This DID NOT fix my delayed message problem. Today the Tech came out and esclated to Nortel and found out that even though he loadded the PEP, He had to run the configuration wizzard in order for it to extract. Soooo I am schedualed for Friday @5:00 P.M. to do complete the PEP instlation. Hope this helps all of you out.
