Hello all,

Customer needed to switch out Windows 8.1 to new PC Windows 10.
Having issues, I have all my Modules & users on the VMPRO, but can't get the WAVS to transfer to the new PC.
I see the WAVS in the VM folder, but just get dead air when calling in & seeing I'm in the correct AA using System Status.

Second thing I'm having issues is I loaded the One-X-Portal & I can't start the Services.
Get a "refer to service-specific error code 1."

Phone system= 9.0.600.979
VMPRO= 9.0.7.0 build 2
One-X-Portal= 9.0.700.4

I've also installed Softconsole & that works with no problems.

I've uninstalled both numerous times & reinstalled, no luck.

Any info would be greatly appreciated, been working on this all day.
Thanks in advance

Did you open the VM Pro client and verify the wavs could be seen by the call flows? Sometimes I have had to point them to the files on a transfer. Or are you talking about the names and greetings?

Thanks guys for the fast replies,

budbyrd, that helped a lot, didn't even think of that, in the modules did the properties & entry prompts & seen the wrong prompts in there, loaded the correct ones & that's working now.
I still do need the names & greetings though???
Thanks again guys

You can copy names and greetings out of the old machine if it didn't have a hard drive crash. Otherwise they will need to rerecord them.

budbyrd, that's what I thought I'm doing & I see them in my folders, it's just like nothing is transferring over the way I think it should???
Just had them switch it back to the old one, think I'm done for the week.
Old one still works but they decided they needed to get the 8.1 (old one) off the network & do this replacement.
I just don't have very many customers using the One X or VMPRO.
Back at it Monday, have a great weekend, any info with the One-X would be great yet.

A quick Google on the One-X thing looks like a Java error or possibly a Tomcat problem, which wouldn't surprise me... But I could be wrong.

Shouldn'e OXP be on a server OS?? Does it even work on Win 10??

Havent put it on an MS machine for years and it was rubbish. Insisted on Linux Aps server when installing OXP for a very long time!!!

Thanks jamie77,
I have read that in the past & been told that.
In my notes I've been also told if I turn on all IIS (Internet Information Services) that makes the PC act like a server & I have done that.
If anyone would no if this is true or not, please update.
Going to try to be hard at it again today.
Thanks again to everyone.

If you have W10 Pro you could run the One-X as a Hyper-V app server.
