New Patching Frame

Looking to setup a new data centre. Current patching frames have been a bit of a let down. Looked good when we carried out the review, but in practise didn't quite live up to our needs (design didn't prove user friendly). Can anyone recommend a product which they have used and found to be good.

Slightly off topic but also looking into universal 19" racks (needs to accomodate SUN/HP servers). Anybody have a prefered product they would recommend??
