new partition prob

I created a new partition of 30GB from 189GB total with Easus partition master home edition. The problem is I cant save anything on it...everytime i reboot it say reboot again for changes to take effect...during reboot I get msg "Batch has completely succesfuly"

Well i rebooted and then opened the new partition... its empty all the files i transfered from C:\ to X:\ are back on C:\ and X:\ is empty again.

Can someone tell me how to fix this thx

Try formatting that volume in Windows.

What does the Disk Management tool say (if anything) about your X: drive?

Try Safe Mode (Do you have this problem in Safe Mode?).

Try running ChkDsk to check your drive for errors. Right-click your X: Drive icon/ Properties/ Tools/ Error Checking. Select both boxes.
