Hi guys
My boss just got a new palm Z71, i have tried several times to get it to hot sync .. and still no dice
1-)first i tried with wind 98 .. no connection (i'm using local usb connection)
2-)switch usb ports still same issue.
3-) i tried a different machine a laptop with xp professional. (i installed the hotsync manager-palm software , xp gives me the error, usb device unknow, tried to installed , unsucessfull .
4-)got palm on the phone , got new craddle , tried again still it doest hotsync .
your help is appreciated.
