Hi

Currently I print long reports grouped by a person's initials. I then split them into each person and distribute. I have now been given a duplex printer to save paper. However if I print my current reports using duplex and a persons information is one page long it prints the next lot on the back of the same page. Preventing me from distributing separate figures to each individual.

What I would like to be able to do is:-

In the 'Group Footer section' in section expert enter a formula which tells it at the next person change make sure it only starts on an odd page number.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please do an advanced search on "duplex printing"--there are many threads on this topic. Then if you are still having trouble, report back.

Insert a blank section in group footer which is about a page long.

In section expert check new page before in suppression enter

remainder(pagenumber, 2)=0

This will suppress page if page count is even. May take a bit more fiddling with size and new page before/after to get it right for your scenario.
