New Outlook file 1

Hi there, I need to enter in contact information for someone in Outlook. I use Outlook myself, so I want to be able to enter in a new file and then send them the file so that they can open in their outlook application. Any ideas on how I can do this? Thanks Dawn

Doesn't anyone know how to import and export information to/from Outlook? Please Help.

File, Import/Export. Choose folders/subfolders and apply filters as necessary.

Sending over individual Contact items: rightclick the item and Send as VCard.

Politest thing to do is to ask the recipient. Tell him what you can offer and let him choose. ;-)
