new operator extension

I have three extentions designated as operator that were programmed years ago. I now need to remove one extension and add another, but not exactly sure of the correct process in system programming. If i could get some quick help, it would be appreciated.

you must first make sure your new operator position is in the right position in the station module,only assigned to 1st 0r 5th on an mlx module a 1st or 5th on 412 TDL, or 1st ,5th ,9th or 13th on a 024 module
go to operator
position
direct or QCC
enter or delete your new & old extension
press stored all
