new office/4625 IP button label strategy

Hi All,

How would you do custom labels for a new office of say 40? It would be possible to have xxxx_4620data.txt files sitting on the ftp server and do a retrieve once the phones are up, but in such a scenario is there a way to not enter the ftp info manually?

Also, I don't know where the ftp password can be set in any of the settings files....

with ftp i normaly use anonymous login so you do not have to enter anything on the phone. you can add a line in the 46xxsettings.txt file which says:

FTPSRVR=xxxxxxxx(where xxxxxxx=ip address)
