new odd entries in error/access logs

could someone tell me what is happening here?

error.log:

access.log corresponding entries:

fyi, it turns out that our isp here had some dns problems that day, and at least one of these hits were meant for another of our sites..
unsure about the other one, but im going to ignore it seeing as it was on the same day.
