New Number for KRS

I have a keycode auth to add to a BCM 400 4.0

It has been almost 3 years since I added a keycode to a BCM and the last number I used (800-4-NORTEL) has been disconnected...does anyone know the new number to call for KRS, or the new procedure for that?

The KRS is with Avaya now. The vendor you got bought the auth code from should have done that for you and sent the keycode file to you.

Yes, I know it's with Avaya and we are the Vendor...if I had been buying them over the the last two or three years I would have known when they changed how you access KRS. The question remains, do I go through Avaya via my SSO login, or is there a number to call?
