We have been using ACT 6.0 for several years and we have a new problem.
A new sale rep works off the Task List, which is different then how the rest of us work.
He right clicks on a entry, selects Go To Contact, then makes his call. When he put the notes in the contact, the notes are sometimes going in under the date that the activity was originally scheduled for, and sometimes under the current date.
This user is remote, connected thru Terminal Services. The other TS user isn't having this problem.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
